Regulate Well · Train Better · Grow Together
Ethical and Responsible AI
We support businesses, public entities, and educational institutions in aligning their use of AI with Law No. 31814 and its Regulations, ensuring responsible and transparent practices.
People with Enhanced Skills and Capabilities
We train teachers, administrative staff, and students to use AI tools thoughtfully and effectively, multiplying the value of their work.
Chancay–Ancón–Callao Corridor
We connect this talent with opportunities in the Logistics Corridor, Special Economic Zones, and the emerging digital economy of the South Pacific.
Who We Are
The Southern Pacific Center for Innovation and Development (CIDPAS) is a nonprofit civil association registered with Lima’s Public Records Registry.
We bring together three priorities that Peru needs to address jointly: responsible artificial intelligence, people equipped for the digital economy, and a competitive region centered around the Chancay–Ancón–Callao Logistics Corridor and the Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
We serve as a bridge between government, businesses, academia, and civil society, turning regulation, investment, and technology into tangible opportunities for people.
Our Five Focus Areas
Each CIDPAS project is built around at least one of these focus areas and aims to connect with the others.
